Yoga Fundamentals teaches the essential practices and principles of yoga to those who are at the beginning of their yogic journey or have not received training in the Satyananda Yoga tradition. It is advised to go through this program at least twice to strengthen your foundation.
Yoga Sadhana Level 1 classes are aimed at yoga practitioners who have completed the Fundamentals course and wish to continue their sadhana under guidance to deepen their experience and understanding. It is advised to go through this program for at least one year to develop a good understanding of the practices and principles.
Yoga Sadhana Level 2 has been created for those who have participated for one year in the Yoga Sadhana program. It intends to take one deeper into the various aspects that yoga sadhana covers: the body, the breath, the prana, the mind, the emotions, the lifestyle. The aim is to sharpen and widen one’s experience and understanding so there is greater vitality at all levels and one’s potential as a complete human being unfolds.
The mid-day class in Kannada aspires to reach out to a wider section of society, and combines the principles of Fundamentals and Sadhana.
