High pressure lifestyles are commonplace in modern society, leading to many stress related physical and mental health problems. When stress is ongoing, relaxation becomes impossible and quality of life suffers.
In this course we are going to learn the different practices of Hatha Yoga, in combination with Yoga Nidra and Meditation, which will provide tools to de-stress ourselves.
Instructions for participants to all classes:
The practices are suitable for all levels of flexibility and fitness
Please wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement
Ensure that you have not eaten for at least 2 hours before class
