Mother is the life giver, the giver of knowledge and samskaras. Women are most closely connected to creation, for new life come forth from their womb and nourished by her. Practices of yoga lifestyle, yamas and niyamas, Hatha yoga, Raja yoga, Karma yoga, Bhakti yoga, Jnana yoga enable a woman to prepare for Motherhood.

Instructions for participants to all classes:

  • The practices are suitable for all levels of flexibility and fitness

  • Please wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement

  • Ensure that you have not eaten for at least 2 hours before class

  • Next classes dates will be announced here once it is scheduled again.
