Yoga Sadhana for Strengthening the Respiratory System


Our life is entirely dependent on breathing. It is stated in the Hatha Yoga Pradopika, the ancient text on yoga; "Life is the period between one breath and the next "

He breathes correctly acquires control of the whole being.

Yoga has much to offer how to breath correctly and efficiently. Through the practices of Pranayama, Asana, Mudra, Pratyahara and other yogic techniques one can strengthen the Respiratory system.

Instructions for participants to all classes:

  • The practices are suitable for all levels of flexibility and fitness

  • Please wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement

  • Ensure that you have not eaten for at least 2 hours before class
