SWAN Sadhana

SWAN sadhana is a practice of swadhyaya, self-study. It is a journey to discover our own Strengths, Weaknesses, Ambitions and Needs.

These four principles influence our personality and direction in life. Each one of us has certain predominant strengths and weaknesses, which either help or hinder us in whatever we think or do. We also need to work on our ambitions and needs. These four qualities make us what we are.

The SWAN sadhana systematically leads us to a better understanding of ourselves by introspection, analysis and witnessing. It refines our awareness and acceptance and helps us to sail through life smoothly. The SWAN sadhana will empower you and help you rediscover yourself.

The sessions will include:

  • Preparatory practices

  • SWAN Sadhana

  • Relaxation

  • Discussion

Instructions for participants to all classes:

  • The practices are suitable for all levels of flexibility and fitness

  • Please wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement

  • Ensure that you have not eaten for at least 2 hours before class
